A PASSION FOR THE LAND
WHERE IT ALL BEGINS
Before becoming an agriturismo, La Rasora was first and foremost a piece of land—one we chose to listen to, nurture and bring to life.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
La Rasora was born from a deep connection with the land.
For us, farming means observing, experimenting and respecting nature’s rhythms.
OUR ORCHARD
Over 300 trees that transform throughout the year.
From spring blossoms to the ripe fruits of summer and autumn, the orchard is one of the most vibrant places at La Rasora.
A small world filled with colours, fragrances and the changing seasons.
OUR HARVESTS ALSO BECOME DELICIOUS PRESERVES
A way to enjoy a little piece of La Rasora, even when the fruit is out of season.
A NEW BEGINNING: OUR OLIVE GROVE
OUR FUTURE OLIVE OIL
This spring, we planted a new chapter in our story.
Our olive grove, made up of 320 young trees, will grow alongside La Rasora, season after season.
It will take time, patience and care—just like everything that grows from the land.
LA RASORA’S VEGETABLE GARDEN
ONE HECTARE OF BIODIVERSITY
One hectare dedicated to growing vegetables.
Following the natural cycle of the seasons means rediscovering forgotten flavours and learning to wait for the right moment.
From the land to the table, always respecting nature’s rhythms.
OUR LAND, OUR CHOICES
VAL DI TARO AND VAL CENO AGLIONE
A variety deeply connected to our land and guardian of a local farming tradition. This rare and precious speciality is known for its delicate flavour and one particularly interesting quality: thanks to its low allicin content, it is easier to digest and leaves a much milder aftertaste.
Garlic that is truly “kiss-proof”!
SAFFRON
A precious crop that requires patience and care. Every flower is harvested by hand, respecting nature’s timing.
SEASONAL VEGETABLES
We grow our vegetables in harmony with the seasons, rediscovering authentic flavours.
TAKE A PIECE OF OUR LAND HOME WITH YOU
Our land gives life to products that reflect the seasons and the passion with which we grow them.
You can take some of these flavours home with you.
HERITAGE GRAINS AND SPELT
A RETURN TO THE CEREALS OF THE PAST
This year, we have also chosen to grow spelt and heritage varieties of wheat.
These harvests will become flour, pasta and valuable ingredients for our kitchen, as well as food and bedding for our animals.
Taller and Hardier
Heritage grains grow into taller, hardier plants and produce more straw a valuable resource for our farming system and our animals.
From the Land to the Table
Our harvest will become flour, pasta and other products that express the true flavour of the grain.
Spelt
An ancient variety of wheat, appreciated for its distinctive flavour and its deep connection with farming tradition.

The land nourishes the fields, the fields sustain the animals, and the animals are part of our everyday life.
This balance lies at the heart of the way we welcome our guests.
